Lifetrons Switzerland AG Delivery Policy

Delivery Methods

We ship Internationally with DHL Express and the Swiss Post. We ship within Switzerland with the Swiss Post and DHL Express Domestic.

Please note that if you choose Economy shipping it can take up to 6 weeks for delivery depending on your location, holidays, customs etc. 

International Delivery & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Fees charged depend on the country of delivery, and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. Lifetrons Switzerland is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please Note

  • Economy shipping takes the longest and does not include a tracking number. It can take up to 6 weeks to reach you. Please keep this in mind before writing to us and asking where your package is.
  • A tracking number will be issued the day of shipment if your shipping option includes tracking. As soon as the package is underway, you should receive an e-mail with your tracking number and status of your shipment. If you do not receive a notification e-mail, please contact us for the tracking number.
  • International shipments may be delayed by the customs process and/or other unforeseen circumstances beyond Lifetrons Switzerland’s control.
  • If your shipment is being sent via DHL, please make sure you have given a valid phone number in case DHL needs to set up a delivery time with you.
  • If you order from within Switzerland your package will be sent by DHL Express Domestic.
