Gilding peeled off

I purchased this device about 6 months ago.<br /> The gilding on the gold edge had began to float slightly first and the gliding was beginning to peel off.<br /> So I claimed a warranty for this device, but the customer service advised me to remember to clean and dry it in time after use.<br /> I swiped the head of the device with dry Kleenex after use every time. I requested to customer service to give me a helpful comment but I have not received any responses.

I like this beauty instrument very much. I have used it for several times and the effect is obvious. I am already 34 years old this year, and I need anti-aging and tightening.

I use it whenever I'm going out to smooth the skin around my eyes and on my expression lines. Treatment time is so quick, it's not messy, it's painless and very efficient. I also use it around my mouth before going to bed as it gives it a subtle plumped effect in the morning.
